Outdoor Staircase Replacement

This client wanted to replace an outdoor staircase that was beginning to rot. They opted for Trex decking and treads for a safe and updated solution. 

Safety Modifications

Many people have a desire to live independently as they age rather than move in with family members or to assisted living. Adding safety modifications, such as grab bars and hand rails, helps our customers age in place safely. 

Hallway & Foyer Remodel

Once a home-practice doctor's office in the 1960s & 70s, this house had lots of unique features - including these metal, lockable cabinets hanging in the downstairs hallway. I removed the cabinets, stripped the wallpaper, painted, and refloored to create a sunny and welcoming entryway.

This bathroom had no shower, an old vanity, plastic tiles, and outdated fixtures. I gutted the bathroom from floor to ceiling, added two shower heads on opposite walls, subway tiled the shower, hexagon tiled the floor, replaced the light fixtures, installed a new vanity, and repainted the walls and ceiling. Mid-century to mid-century modern. 

Built-in Bookshelf to Doorway

As much as I hate to alter a built-in, this dining room had no entry from the kitchen other than through a bathroom. Replacing the built-in shelves with a doorway brought the room on step closer to being able to host family dinners.
